Welcome to your new turn-based addiction!

Eador. Masters of the Broken World, a fantastic turn-based strategy game of epic proportions, with RPG elements, is available on GOG.com, for only $19.99.

The shards of Eador, the world shattered by the legendary cataclysm, are never at peace. The demigod masters, the immortal rulers of this strange realm, wage eternal wars against each other. This is a land that lost its hope for being reunited, broken beyond fixing. Is there even a slightest chance to mend the wounds that have been there for what it seems like forever? Is there a power strong enough to conquer all the opposition and end the chaos forever? Could that power be you?

Eador. Masters of the Broken World is the next big thing in turn-based strategy games. It takes all the complexity you would expect from a 4X game (that is: eXplore, eXpand, eXploit, and eXterminate), adds some extra challenge, extends the gameworld beyond measure, and finishes off the mixture with some top-notch dreamy graphics. If you're looking for one game, that you can easily keep playing and replaying for years to come, you have found it.

Take a few days off, kiss your loved ones goodbye, set an automatic feeder for your cat and take a plunge into the multi-layered universe of Eador. Masters of the Broken World, for only $19.99 on GOG.com!

Mental note to self:

Tell the product department they should include a printable napkin as one of the bonuses for the game.
Hooray for Eador MotBW! =)
What's up with the 1-star review? Can others confirm the array of bugs and missing features he mentions?
Woo. Downloading. \o/
So the official title is Eador(full stop)Masters of the Broken World instead of Eador(column)Masters of the Broken World?

I find this incredibly irritating.

I'm pretty sure that's a typo.

Coincidence? You decide.

But on the other hand both gamersagate and steam spell it in a sensible way, 'tis a mistery.

Awesome! Downloading.
Well... It's kind of... It's the same game as Genesis, as everybody has expected. And the graphics are fairly pretty. But they're also kind of ... Same-ish, animations are sloow even when sped up, and while I could tell details about every province on the map by a single look, here I have to inspect everything closely. It's ... I don't know, it's just so slow, so chaotic. While the graphics of the first game were simple, they were also incredibly functional and never got in the way. Here... I'm afraid I can't say the same thing.

It should be corrected in the release version, don't forget we have paid to be beta-testers.
Or, maybe GOG did not warn us?

Silly question, but when did Eador become popular outside Russia? It seemed like people were somehow aware of it before Eador Genesis...

I haven't played it much, but it is indeed very buggy, poorly optimalized, and the GUI is terrible...

What I find incredibly irritating is people who criticize grammar while making a similar mistake themselves -- that should be Eador(colon) Masters of the Broken World. What is a 'column' in grammar?
This is a great release for GOG.

edit - I've seen some of the reviews. I hope they can patch up the game. It does seem like it has some nice potential.
