Detective-mystery meets paranormal thriller!

The complete season of Cognition. An Erica Reed Thriller, an episodic point-and-click adventure story packed with challenging puzzles, branching paths, and a disquieting mood, is available on GOG.com 25% off. That's only $22.49 for the first week.

Erica Reed is an exceptional detective, but being special always comes at a price. Her extraordinary gift, allowing her a peek into the past by simply touching an object, makes her the ultimate bloodhound, and yet, causes excruciating mental pain. Her own past is marred irreparably by a personal tragedy. Can she conquer her demons by solving one morbid case after another, or will the unfading shadow of her brother's killer torment her forever? The mystery thickens, as someone starts leaving clues, that can only be uncovered with the use of Erica's unique ability. Who? Why? Can the troubled detective last long enough to find out?

With today's arrival of the fourth episode of Cognition. An Erica Reed Thriller, the season of the paranormal mystery adventure is now complete. If you bought the season pass with the first 3 episodes and you don't see the 4th episode right away, please go to www.gog.com/account/refresh and it should show up on your game shelf. There you go! You can now experience the gripping story in its whole.

Uncover dark mysteries behind grisly killings and lead detective Erica Reed to absolution over four tension-filled episodes of Cognition. An Erica Reed Thriller, available DRM-free on GOG.com, for only $22.49. The 25% discount offer lasts until Thursday, September 26, at 1:59PM GMT.
Argh, the extras for this series! Only now do I realize I downloaded 3 copies of the same soundtrack, comic, etc...
That's three times the fun!
Awesome! Congratulations, Phoenix Online :). I have already installed it and considering to start playing. On the other hand, I could wait for celebratory steam and start the game after. Decisions decisions.

As soon as I receive coupon, I'm ordering it here. :)
you should recheck the refresh url ;)

EDIT: I mean on the news page. not forum page.

Out of curiosity - does it show up in your Steam library after activating the key?
And when did you submit your purchase proof to Phoenix for GOG discount? :)

It does show up in my purchase history but I assume it'll come live in the store after 7/8 PM CEST. Phoenix said they will do the livestream around the release time of greenlighted version.

I wrote them a week ago but I added that they didn't need to stress out because I understood they're busy preparing the final episode and releasing it everywhere :).

Thanks :) I'm calm and happy about both cases then :)

If you are asking if they still provide discounts for GOG version, yes, they do. You need to write them a mail and attach a proof of your purchase.

Contacted with the developer and asked them to replace my steam key of the game ( i received it from them via email ) with a GOG redeem copy . I received a positive reply , now i'm waiting for my GOG code .
Wait what.

You mean I can get discount codes for GOG -and- Steam?

I'm not sure I am able to answer that. What I am sure is possible is that if you had purchased the season pass before GOG/Steam release date:
1) You should have already received a Steam key.
2) You can ask Phoenix for special GOG discount. If you purchased 1-3 episodes, you are eligible for a lower discount.
3) You can change your Steam key, received via No. 1 option, for GOG key (as ne_zavarj said).

I don't know if you can also get Steam discount.
Oh. I have Cognition in a Groupees pack so I don't think I qualify. I just didn't expect a discount to be available. :)

I think it's worth a try. Katie didn't specify where you had to buy it and if you have two episodes, you might get it for $16.
