A thing of beauty!

Lilly Looking Through, a dreamy adventure game for all ages, complete with heart-catching story and beautiful animation, is available 10% off for pre-order on GOG.com. That's only $8.99 until the game's release, planned for Friday, November 1.

From the Geeta Games indie studio comes Lilly Looking Through, an animated point-and-click adventure game for ages 3 up to 103. Explore the fantastic, hand-drawn world and follow Lilly’s amazing story, that is presented mostly in the universal language of pantomime, which makes the game a great experience for the whole family. The cinematic multi-plane camera system, fluid character animation, and compelling original musical soundtrack make the whole gameworld come to life and feel like a brilliant animated movie. Pair that with many original puzzles and what you get is a charming animated story that can be just as fun to watch as it is to play.

Grab the magical red scarf and let it draw you into the amazing world of Lilly Looking Through, for only $8.99 on GOG.com pre-orders. The offer lasts until the game's release, expected on Friday, November 1, 2013.
"Lilly’s amazing story, that is presented mostly in the universal language of pantomime... "

Does that mean we'll have the opportunity to beat up some mimes over the course of the game? :D

J/K -- This looks really pretty. Already have many GOGs to play for now, but I'll keep this one in mind.

Since it's Point and Click, does anyone know if this would work via touch-screen input? Might like to play this on my tablet. But if it doesn't work I'll probably get a copy anyway, and just play it on my desktop PC.
Very excited to see this on GOG, as I played the demo last month and it's gorgeous!!

Won't pre-order as I never do, but it will definitely be a must buy for me when it's released.

Oh hey, a child-friendly release! *obvious HE plug*

Starmaker: No extras. Kickstarter incentives strike again.

HypersomniacLive: Well, they're selling a Deluxe Edition on their site (humblestore) and the only extra is a PDF of artwork from the game for an extra $5.
Uhhhh... yes? It went for tenbux during the kickstarter, $20 with the soundtrack - which wasn't announced as a kickstarter-exclusive, but I can't find it for sale all the same. A pity.

PMIK: I backed this on kickstarter.

By the way, it is more of a point and click than LBA type of game
Me too! I was excited to see it here this morning, because that means a release is imminent! =D

EDIT: I just asked the devs (through the KS page) if we can get our copy through Gog if we want. I'll post with an update when I get one.

I almost backed this but didn't... I can't remember why... Maybe because they already had enough money.

Personally am still waiting for one of my kickstarters to actually release a game.

IMHO, it's silly to include some artwork but not the soundrack and call it a Deluxe Edition. The general unavailability of the soundrack is quite odd - maybe it'll be made available seperately on bandcamp later on, as is the case with many Kickstarter projects.
So, basically we agree but I (once again) failed to communicate my point.
I wanted to try out the Windows demo, but all I got was a black screen. Does anybody have any idea what might cause this?
Also backed Lilly, the main people behind this are a talented and really nice couple, or rather family if you count the kid 'helping out' in the videos. Steve Hoogendyk is responsible, among other things, for the Amateria age in Myst 3:Exile, so they kinda had me at that. This is the type of project I'm really glad Kickstarter helped in coming to life.

Check the settings of your Flash Player (you'll find the Flash Player Console somewhere in Control Panel) and make sure to allow the game in Local Storage.
@HypersomniacLive

It works now! Many thanks!
Yes!!! I have an update:

"Some of our Backers have asked if they could have a GOG key instead of the Steam key we are providing. We haven’t yet figured out logistically if there is a way to easily do this. However, we would be interested in knowing how many of our Backers would prefer a GOG key over a Steam key. If you are interested in getting a GOG key instead, could you please do us a favor and email us at lillylookingthrough@gmail.com

In the email you can just say something like,"I would prefer a GOG key instead of a Steam key."

That way if we do figure out a way to make this possible, we will have a list of Backers already interested in doing so.

Also to clarify, every backer who pledged $10.00 or more will still be receiving a DRM-Free digital download of the game through Humble."

(Just in case Kickstarter backers have missed the update)
