Almost 50 Bundles and Special Deals up to 85% off all at once--the biggest sale for the longest day!

Chances are, that many people will miss this news post. With all the exciting offers exploded all over the front page, it will be easy to overlook it. But since you're here, and you're reading this--let us explain. Today is the longest day of the year (at least on the Northern Hemisphere it is). That means, you can play more games before the night falls, than on any other day. We want to make sure you have plenty of excellent titles to play, so we give you almost 50 of our [url=http://gog.com/NoDRMSummer]2013 #NoDRM Summer Sale bundles and special deals all at once.

Always wanted to check out FTL: Faster Than Light? It's there, waiting for you, for only $2.49! You thought about completing your collection of Telltale adventures? You can grab any of them 85% off! What about ? If you waited to save more than "one pretentious hipster dollar" on your purchase, today you'll save 50%! Missed the [url=http://www.gog.com/promo/definitive_dungeons_and_dragons]Definitive Dungeons and Dragons Bundle? It's back, and it's only $20.10 again. We could go on like this until the shortest night of the year falls, but we don't want to stop you anymore. Enjoy the (dare we say it?) mind-blowing 2013 #NoDRM Longest Day of Gaming Super-Sale!

Happy Summer Solstice, everyone!

NOTICE: If you own some of the games in a bundle, you can complete it with the missing games with the bundle discount applied. All you need to do to get only those you are missing, is to click "buy now" button on a bundle, and then manually remove the games you own from your cart at the check out. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Is anyone really shocked about this? We've been through this already last sale :)

dudetterinazor: Such a long sale. I hope there are surprises in store, deals we haven't see yet.
I really hope that too.

JMich: No. We have no idea if there will be any more DLC or not.
Having said that, I personally enjoyed the game and its DLCs, though The Arms Industry was a bit weak. If you wish for a complete edition, wait a couple more years, if you want to play the game now, grab it.

P.S. The game was complete before The Arms Industry DLC, as it was complete before Damsel in Distress and so on. Same way as Baldur's Gate was complete before Tales of the Sword Coast was released and Baldur's Gate Complete Edition was complete before Baldur's Gate 2 was released.
I decided (just after posting) to just plonk down my fistful of coins and get it. It's not a lot of money and having watched TB's WTF earlier, it seemed like a game I'd enjoy. Looking forward to playing it now. =)

And you're right, the game was complete before the extra mission packs. (Is that what they are? I don't even know, lol!) What I was getting at was more that I wouldn't want to buy BG without Tales of the Sword Coast. I want all the yummy goodness!

...this sale is going to be the death of my wallet.

Nope, I just wanted to do some bonding with GOG users before I return playing The Walking Dead :o.

Yep, and it pissed people off at the last sale. You'd think they'd have learnt by now :)

Oh well. I did plan on spending what I had left of June's 'miscellaneous' budget on a couple of interesting bundles tonight, but if this is all that's on offer there are a couple of books calling my name tomorrow At least my local Bangkok bookshop will be pleased :)
It's a weekend people and we had a fantastic sale yesterday , Jesus the amount a self centered people posting and moaning about something as small as this with all the great deals we have had, if it offends you so much bugger off and go someplace else you shall not be missed

i'm for one, are happy that my wallet is safe for a day after the raping it got yesterday!

Here's hoping they will have a few other bundles up their sleeve for the rest of the sale :).
Also went for Waking Mars and Zafehouse: Diaries on a whim, hope these games are good.

I am enjoying Zafehouse: Diaries quite a lot.

Bloodygoodgames: Sorry, from a marketing standpoint that makes NO sense.
It does if you consider the bigger picture (ie. Steam is likely to start their sale on Monday).

nijuu: Bugger. Two daily bundles are same as ones previous
I think that was expected, right?

Now all the bundles and deals we saw (other than those that already appeared on 6-18, 6-19, and 6-20) will appear for the rest of the sale. And possibly everything will repeat once more on the last day.

By my count, after today there are 18 bundles that still need to appear. Plus, there are the individual Telltale games and random indies. That makes roughly 20 total promos over the next 12 days, which works out to mostly 2 promos per day. Then the final encore.

Latest I heard was mentioning the 30th. And remember that the Trading Cards leaves beta on the 26th, leading to a bigger event. Make of that what you will.

Just read a post this morning that Steam sale will be from June 30 to July 22. A lot of responses in that thread seemed to agree with it.
