Time to put on your well-tailored trench coat, brimmed hat and, of course, your favorite white sneakers. The hard-boiled detective is on another case and needs your help.
[url=http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/tex_murphy_the_pandora_directive]The Pandora Directive is the fourth installment of the awesome Tex Murphy series. As can be expected from a game with such an acclaimed pedigree, you'll find an involving story which is guaranteed to keep you glued to your chair, topped with some dark humor and well-designed puzzles. Like its predecessor, this game proves that games featuring FMV sequences can boast some good acting skills, which was extremely rare in other such games of the time. This time our favorite P.I. is hired by a Gordon Fitzpatrick to find his friend, Thomas Malloy. But, as always, there is more to this case than meets the eye...
One of the top games, of all time. This is a no-brainer for me, really.
Instant purchase! Must-have for any adventure fan!
Bought. Looking forward to Overseer now. :-)
Wow, loads of positives here.
For someone that's never experienced this range of adventures, is this the one to get?
Woohoo! That's all I gotta say :D
This is one of my top 3 favourite games of all time. You won't find many other adventures as deep and involving as this one.
And in case you are wondering, no, you don't need to play Under a Killing Moon to enjoy it. I played this one first and I didn't think anything was missing (your familiarity with some characters like Mac Malden is assumed, though).
Finally it's here!! :D
Another awesome game for me to play, when my holiday is here.
At last, one of the best FMV games! Now I can only wait for Oversser and some nice promo to byu all 4 Tex'es at once :-).
Also I hope other gr8 FMV games come to GOG: Phantasmagoria, Black Dahlia...

You Guy's are a nightmare.
I'm so hyped by all the postive comments, I felt as though I NEED to be a part of this.
Will purchase tonight... though I've no idea what it's all about (other than being an adventure game) :)

This is a good thing, methinks. I had no idea what I was going in for either when I sat down to play the game the first time back in '97. All I knew was that it was the latest Tex Murphy game, and I had managed to avoid every hype and preview and mention of the game to get the experience as fresh as possible. It was worth it. Let's just say that there is a very good reason for why this game has a place on just about every "top ten/twenty adventure games of all time" lists (or at least every "best FMV games of all times"), including my own. Definitely worth $9.99, and then some! ;)

FInally! Been waiting for this one all week :)
Finished UAKM a couple of days ago and this is the only one I never played.
