I'm a huge fan of game soundtracks, but it's going to take me some time to contribute with this being a really long list :-)

For now: Ben Houge - Arcanum Soundtrack

That link was provided by another forum member in another thread, but I can't recall who it was, nor what thread to give proper credit to - sorry :(

Thanks mate! I used that page to track down the actual soundtrack, and it's another free one!

http://www.terra-arcanum.com/sierra/media/media-soundtrack.html

Even more surprising, you can actually download the sheet music for it as well.
For Beneath A Steel Sky, Inherit the Earth and Simon the Sorcerer one can download James Woodcock's enhanced versions (in both FLAC and OGG) - info here with links to the individual soundtracks.

You can get the Atlantis - The Lost Tales on Amazon.

And the Jack Orlando: A Cinematic Adventure (DC) soundtrack is sold on Gamersgate.

Great stuff mate! I've added them in, much ta.
Is there some easy way to find out if the site has legal rights to host them?

Not always, so I often go with my gut. That site looks pretty shady, I found it recently too. It hosts the complete Undying soundtrack as well, but I don't think it is particularly legit.

A couple of soundtracks and a number of tracks per game can be found on the The Sierra Help site here, but the content is far from complete.
I think that it's legit though.

There are also a couple of other sites that have content from Sierra games but I'm not sure everything there is legit.

You can find the music to Leisure Suit Larry 1-7 on Al Lowe's site here.
And the soundtrack to Leisure Suit Larry: Reloaded by Austin Wintory on Bandcamp.

Thank you, that's one of the ones I'm interested in getting myself. Added to the list.

I've rearranged the lists, as I keep hitting the post size limit. I was really hoping to reserve at least one more slot before people began posting, but I'll have to make do with what I got.
Oh, and here's Expeditions: Conquistador: http://leobadinella.bandcamp.com/album/expeditions-conquistador-soundtrack

Listening to this one now. It's quite nice. :)
Sadly, the only source for the soundtrack of The Night of the Rabbit seems to be the Premium Edition which is sold on , Amazon (DVD) and the [url=http://uk-adventureshop.gamesplanet.com/buy-download-pc-games/The-Night-Of-The-Rabbit---CE-3852-51.html]UK Adventrure Shop - I know nth about the Adventure Shop DRM situation though.

The soundtrack of Atlantis 2 doesn't seem to be available anywhere (at least I couldn't find it).

Advent Rising soundtrack available on Amazon.

Yes, I found that one too. I should probably post what games I'm updating as I go along. :D Glad to hear it's a good sountrack! I have the game but it's yet another I haven't played yet.

I'll list the The Night of the Rabbit Premium Edition from Amazon since it seems the most likely to be DRM free. Not sure why they don't just sell the soundtrack directly, they do for some of their other games.

Adding the links, thanks once more!
Added:

Forgotten Realms: Demon Stone - selected tracks (free)
Nancy Drew: Curse of Blackmoor Manor - compilation soundtrack

Vampire The Masquerade - Redemption actually has a soundtrack in MP3 format, no less. Check your installation folder:
