Say farewell to 2013 and welcome 2014 with 15 special bundle deals up to 80% off.

2013 is coming to an end. Oh, what a fun year this was to be a gamer! Especially a PC gamer, as our console brethren got quite a sizable share of stress and frustration along with their fun, mostly due to the controversy around the new console generation DRM policies. Luckily, the NoDRM movement scored quite a success there, and some of the gamers' worst nightmares did not materialize in the end. Meantime, here at GOG.com, it was another year of DRM-free gaming. We got bigger, we got better, and our catalog of the best games in history got more extensive. Business as usual. It was a good year to be a GOG.com user, and we can promise you this: the next one is going to be even better!

But you're probably anxious to hear about our promo for today, right? Well, we did wrap up the 2013 DRM-Free Winter sale last Sunday. But this doesn't have to mean we can't offer you some amazing deals today still! Remember all those bundles and packs that competed for your support to become the daily community choice? We know that a whole lot of people were disappointed to see their favorites get fewer votes than the other deal and seemingly vanish into oblivion. Fret not! We kept all those offers safe for you, and you can get them all now. Just navigate to our main page, and see for yourself: 15 special bundle deals up to 80% off. Nice, huh? Well, there's no better party than a gaming party, so let make the transition from one year to the other to the sound of laughter, mice clicking, and keyboard tapping! Hurrah!

This final 2013 special "bonus stage" offer will last until Thursday, January 2nd 2014, at 9:59AM GMT.

Happy New Year of gaming, everyone!

FoxySage: Thank you for this. +1
Sure. I hate going through the actual payment multiple times, then sifting through my email, and having to type in my complex password in PayPal multiple times, true this wasn't much better but it feels better... I think.

They probably need to revamp their shopping cart setup... I think I'll add that to the 'dear santa' letter as my wish.
All right. A couple fistfuls of money later, but still not done. (Thank you, black market organ guys, for financing this exercise in excess). Now to decide which 6-8 bundles to retrieve.
Finally got Knock Knock! The discount was kind of low during the Winter Sale, but I totally forgot about this part of it.
Time for the Jack attack, Jack Keane 2 will be rising to the top of the bestsellers list with a price under $10 .
I wonder how many copies of Slender : The Arrival will be sold during this promo .
Thank you GOG ! Happy New Year everyone !
Awesome promo . I picked two bundle .

Gone into the deal in question, if I determine I wanted it I 'checkout', however afterwards I simply saved all the games to my wishlist (save for later), which immediately disqualifies them for the large savings.

Rinse and repeat on all other deals.

On the last deal, move the deals back from your wishlist to your cart. If you've done it right and it completes the deal, the price will drop. It may not work on certain selections in which case you either have to start with them, or try it again, or get it on a second pass. I recommend adding your total up and compare it against your shopping cart to make sure you're getting the correct deal/value (Just cause it worked for me...)
Wow, that a pretty roundabout way to do it - GOG.com really needs to implement something into their payment options so that people can more easily combine deals like this and save money on credit/bank fees. Plus it's just a whole lot less hassle to just combine it into one checkout.
I hate being forced to buy entire bundles for the few games I'm interested in, and this deal is worse than most with it's "all or nothing approach". Not a sale for me.

Still, happy new years all.

Is it that bad? I only played the first two levels, got bored and the game still waits to grab my interest again...
For what I've seen, it's just the old Slender with fancy graphics and collecting more things.
Well. 38 more games for the shelves. Picked up a few bundles, cleared out a few partials and now at over 25 percent catalog completion. Incredibly good sale, all the items ended up being under 3 dollars apiece on average. Thank you very much, GOG, and best wishes to all the staff for a good new year.
Ha, I knew GOG was going to pull off something like this. Happy New Year all!
I'll probably just get Stonekeep as it is on my wishlist, and I already own all other games from the bundle so I only have to spend $1.49.

It's funny I used to see the beautiful box for Stonekeep in stores all the time but I ignored it as the game was universally lambasted by the gaming press and the gaming community, but now the game is considered a classic so I just have to get it now, and I wish I got that beautiful box when I had the chance.

So many examples of this. I'll happily buy Runaway 1-3, but I'm not remotely interested in the Jack Keanes. I'd love to buy IWar 1-2, but I don't care for Strike Suit Zero. I'm interested in Wizardry 6-8 and I'm ok with buying Ultima Underworld, but I really don't want to buy Grimrock again (already have it on humble). The only time these bundles work for me is when I happen to be interested in a whole series that's big enough to occupy an entire bundle e.g. Tex Murphy or Ultima 1-9.

Agreed. I added improved sale management as my wish-list request, however this technique won't work most of the time and it's pretty much the 'all or nothing' deals that this works with.

I suppose an alternate is you could always have a virtual wallet you can put money into (similar to PSN/Steam), then it takes from that wallet amount before it resorts to your credit card.
