Boring, perhaps, compared to some of the choices, but what I'd really love to be is a respected, yet successful writer. Failing that, a game designer, or a graphic novel artist.

A dictator! I get tons of money to do nothing, get to boss anyone around, and make my own rules. A politician does the same thing, except a politician has to brown nose media frequently.
