In that laptop, at least not The Witcher 2. That CPU has only 2 cores, and you lack speed. If the laptop is using the HD Graphics GPU (which is probably the case, because is a laptop), you'll need 4 cores (a Quad-Core processor --> Intel i5), 3 GHz and at least 4 GB RAM (because is sharing RAM with the GPU) just to barely run that game properly. Sorry.

retsuseiba: If you already did buy it, then this website is a good place to start when you want to know if a game will run on your specs.
I've seen that website tell so many people they can run games when they can't that I'm going to have to respectfully disagree. Instead, I'd recommend googling the GPU and the name of the game together, because the question has inevitably been asked somewhere before and will generally get you a more detailed explanation of what to expect performance-wise.
ya system requirements website is crap , it told me that i cant run me 3 and dishonored on my laptop which has a 128mb ati card , well both games ran decent enough for me to complete the games more than once.

it all depends on how well the games are optimized

Hence why I said "a good place to start". Hard to give any proper/accurate advice when lacking crucial information about the problem.
