Use the free tool CCleaner from piriform.com, then you can erase the cycle bin securely.

You have to overwrite data and hdd sectors to delete stuff permanently.

When you normally delete a file also from the bin it still exists on your harddrive till you overwrite it with new data, it is just marked as "deleted" ;-)

The best way to hide that ass picture is to download thousands of other ass pictures and hide your picture among them.

Just throw it in the trash and delete it. Will anyone really start recovering trashed files on your system?
