We're giving away 100 games a day to our users to celebrate our 5th birthday!

For the last 5 years we've been doing our best to bring the best games in history to your home computers. Now, we're celebrating our birthday, and we want you--our users--to have a blast! This is the final day of our 100 games giveaway, but don't fret! There's more birthday excitement to come and there will be more awesome prizes to win. Today, we invite you to our Facebook profile. We know that some of you are skeptical about social media, and we're not going to try and convince you to change your views. If you, however, enjoy Facebook, but never got around to following our page there, we highly recommend that you do so. Or maybe you have gamer friends, who you think might enjoy GOG.com? Invite them as well. It will be well worth it, as our fanpage is about to witness some very exciting events.

But we're here today mostly to give away some games, so let's get to it! All you need to do to enter the draw is to like THIS STATUS UPDATE on our profile. Out of all the people who do this, we'll pick 100 users who will be sent a $9.99 gift-code via Facebook PM. You have time until Tuesday, October 8, at 9:59AM GMT to enter.

EDIT:
Have you participated in one of our 5th birthday contests, but are still waiting for its conclusion? We're a bit overwhelmed by the number of entries, as this is the ongoing biggest series of giveaways in the whole of GOG.com history. Please be patient, well sort it all out, eventually, and everyone who was lucky enough to win something will be notified. Sorry for the delay!
Done!
Not for me - good luck facebookers!
I just liked it!
"You have time until Tuesday, October 8, at 9:59AM GMT to enter."

That's a lot of time, no new announcement on Bday stuff until then I assume. Oh well.
Happy Birthday GOG!!!

and thanks for all the good old games and the incredibles gifts!!!
Thank you GOG for many old games!!!
Again - not going to spam friends.
Currently the odds are good - but by the time it closes, they will be astronomical!

...Good job I'm a space chimp!
Happy Birthday Gog! I liked your Status Update on Fb.
I used to "like" the GOG Facebook page, but then you guys started using hashtags. For me, that's an instant unfriend/unlike/unwhateverthefuckyoucallitthesedays, so I guess I'll have to sit this one out.
Never expect to win. No need to be disappointed then.
Boo.. contests that require Facebook are becoming way too frequent these days.. and I've been banned from the site twice for *gasp* trying to be social and make new friends.. apparently sending friend requests to people who don't answer them "in a timely manner" is considered harassment! some social site Failbook is

Never had that, but i was blocked once for an unknown reason. They won't say why you got blocked or how long it will last and good luck in getting to talk to anyone from facebook. Plus the lack of privacy there, they are just scum.
But unavoidable if you want to enter some competitions.

Just did mine. Not keen on Facebook any more than I like twitter but if it helps to get more members I'm all for it. Maybe if we get an even bigger install base The Rights owners may be more willing to put their games up on GoG. The chance to win a free game made it even better. Still, after so many tries I've gotten to the point of doubting I'll even win. But maybe I'll win in the long run if we can get more games.
