Vitek: Now it's Thiev's turn to post soon otherwise there will be another prod.
I won't be able to write anything until 5-6 hours from now.

Because of that:
unvote

at least until I'll be able to make a real post.
Well I didn't really have anything to say. I guess I should
unvote
and
vote gamerager
Because if he has 2 votes already, he HAS to be a mafia! ...right?

Sounds like good logic there, but are you right?

BTW wanna buy this watch?

I'd like an explanation of this vote, if you please.
Also we need a deadline. Not to rush but it's been 12 days with no conclusiveness.

Explanation? This game is going nowhere, so I'm going to vote for whoever has the most votes so we can actually move on.
There is something so outrageously unsatisfactory about that explaination that it's hard to believe, Ovoon, that you aren't so entirely and overpoweringly innocent that you don't even realise.
A few people have mentioned voting for someone just to put pressure on them, and more have mentioned randomly voting in jest, as such it would be most unwise to assume that because someone has a vote, the voter believes them to be guilty.
Randomly removing someone from the game just to move it along is not ideal as it is more than likely a townsmember which puts us at a much more distinct disadvantage than not voting at all.

You say, chinique, that you are unenamoured with my Posting Style. Am I being too vague and convoluted still? Because I can try to be yet clearer.

Other than ovoon suddenly appearing ludicrously guilty, I've been noticing little things GameRager does that seem ominous, but I do kind of think that, as he is the one I hear the most from it's more likely that I'll read more into what he says simply because there's more that he says.
Theiv has also struck me as suspect. She's been saying very little and not really commented on the game very much, but it may be that she's thinking as others have and decided to step away from the action because she sees herself as an experienced player in a game for the inexperienced. Waiting until I had three votes to back down seems like mischief too.

I'm not able to give this game required attention. That's why I asked Vitek yesterday for a replacement.
Actually Joe it's a valid tactic if the OP of the game has not or won't push the game along and it gets to be too long for one day to progress. I wish for a deadline myself, no matter the outcome(me lynched or not...though obviously I don't want to be lynched, but I still want to see the game progress in plot/etc from OP and see what happens).
Posting for great justice!

Still not entirely sure what to add though. Nothing has changed so far in regards to suspicions or anything. Is a little odd that GR prefers getting to the next day over staying alive though.. but I'm not sure how to read that yet.

Day one always seems to drag on - but you should be careful what you wish for - it could easily be read as scummy behaviour.

I don't know whether a deadline set by the OP would help us at all at the moment - it may focus our attention collectively, and stop all the casting about, but on the other hand it may rush us towards a too hasty decision. Gathering information from the way people post is the only way forward for us - there IS no other way of sniffing out Mafia.

@Joe - you call three people out in your last post - Ovoon, Gamerager, and Thiev - yet neglect to go any further with a vote or even a FoS.

I don't like that at all - thats throwing dirt out on other people while trying to keep your hands clean. You aren't amking me see you as anything other than Mafia at the moment.

My vote on JoeSapphire stands
Yes but in a Mafia game everything can be seen as scummy.

Plus I know Mafia games are slow but c'mon....it's been almost two weeks.

I say either we lynch or vote majority nolynch and see what happens. I also say we loot everyone else's house while they're out mourning the dead mayor. For laughs.

You wanna lynch? Then create a convincing argument for someone to be lynched, or agree with others and get on a bandwagon. Its all about convincing other people that you are right - i personally think JoeSapphire is scum, im happy to vote, and my arguments that he is scum are out there to read. We have one weapon only - our vote. Nolynch is ALWAYS a bad idea, except in exceptional circumstances.

I don't want a lynch, I want whatever will get us to bloody day 2 before this game becomes more cursed than Mafia 6.
I don't feel like I've heard enough from anybody to vote. When I think I've read something that is more indicativeI will vote. I would have thought that the Finger of Suspicion was implied, I didn't realise that I would actually have to write the letters "FOS" in order for people to understand.

There seems to be nothing to think of Theiv now so I don't know what to say. I've yet to hear from my other suspects.

I have been trying to tell everyone what I think about people's behaviour as much as possible so that people with have something to discuss or counter; all to move the game along without resorting to random voting. I've drawn attention to myself in the process, I saw that as a risk from the beginning, but I decided I would rather launch myself into the game than dithering around for weeks, trying to keep understated for fear of the evil eye.
