In case anyone is unfamiliar with Forum Mafia, here is a link to a tutorial I have unabashedly stolen from one of Vitek's sign-up threads.

Anyone who is interested in joining the twenty third GOG Mafia game should post below to indicate their interest.

Do keep in mind, before you sign up, that this game will take some commitment. Games around here generally take 2 or 3 months, and I will expect everyone playing to post at least once every 48 hours. If this expectation is not met, and persists, I will not hesitate to either replace or, if necessary, simply modkill the offending party. I do understand that real life can often rear its ugly head, so as long as I am notified (either by PM or in the game thread) of potential inactivity, accommodations can be made for temporary inactivity. I am most wary of people just losing interest in the game and drifting off indefinitely, because nothing makes a game more dreary than inactivity.

I am not going to post any definite expectations for Day/Night lengths, but my general hope is that the game will remain fluid and fast paced. If I determine the game is dragging on, I will post deadlines as I believe appropriate. Probably, these deadlines won't start to appear until well into the second week of a given game Day, but I am not known to be the most patient of sorts. :P

There will be room for 12 players in my game set-up, on a first come, first serve basis. Any extra can be added in as an alternate in case replacement of someone is needed, if they so desire. Also, if someone would rather just start off as an alternate, rather than a player (for whatever reason), that can be arranged as well.

Please, let me know if I have missed anything, or if clarification is needed on any point.

Well, I am not going to reveal what roles I plan to have in the game, other than it will have "mafiosi", rather than the werewolves of the last game. However, given the paucity of roles in game 22, I can assure you that this game will have more. ;)

The flavor? I was going to put that in the game OP, but I suppose there is little harm in revealing the setting. The game will take place in a high school.

Yeah..... no. I will give away this much about my role set-up: THERE IS NO CULT! I hate cults (especially in Mafia games)... with a passion.
