I'd actually just settle for games in zipfiles so I can set them up with my own DOSBox/ScummVM installation.

* Put the view in "Shelf" mode
* Right click, DownThemAll
* Type 'download' in the 'fast filtering' section, disable other filters
* Uncheck the downloader (first link)
* Download :)
This downloads all the installers and extras (setting it to download one file at a time with one segment is probably a good idea). I do this and have it all set up to download into one directory so it skips ones already done (in case I didn't deselect it).
I can post up the md5/sha1 sums of the games I have if that would help? Or set up a topic for them..

Second, I would like to make this thread so that one could suggest new features to the way the downloading of bought material is handled.
And to give this thread a headstart I'll suggest a new option to be created:
- to be able to download all the material in a single purchase in one all-encompassing file. I really don't like having to click through all the download links within a purchased items. One big package file that had them all would be nice, let me handle their distribution on my end. It would help on the backups, too.
- to be able to download all of my purchased material in one big file. All the games and what they have as bonus material. It could be a system where I have to first push a button on my account and wait for it to become available to download but it should be possible to make it happen.
Feel free to discuss and add new ideas.
