kalirion: Simon the Sorcerer 2

Some really illogical puzzles in that one.
Yea I thought the same. I didn't like it quite as much as the first either.
Just finished Airport Mania 2 on my android phone.

Excellent sequel to Airport Mania, with more diversity in planes, landscapes and parameters to manage. The last levels are hair-pulling, giving a good challenge even for a grizzled veteran (which I'm not of course :D )

So far this year :
Orcs and Elves
Zeno Clash
Neverwinternights 2 original campaign
Mirror's Edge
Deathspank
Borderlands GOTY (original campaign)
Airport Mania
Serious Sam : First Encounter
Airport Mania 2
Betrayal at Krondor - has aged pretty poorly, and was surprisingly almost too easy after the first two chapters or so.

Eschalon Book 1 - I really enjoyed it, although it was a tad on the short and grindy side. Some areas were just too "empty". But mostly a pleasure to play.

Halo 1 PC - Bought it like six years ago, and finally got around to playing this. Cookie-cutter levels became a real drag after a while but I can see why the combat was so heavily praised back in the day.

Project IGI - I've been on an old-shooter binge lately. This one is tough to rate - the graphics have held up pretty well, and most impressively, I got widescreen resolutions right out of the box - game actually looks pretty decent at 1920x1080. The AI is laughably awful, but the developers compensated by giving them pinpoint accuracy from great distances and by setting respawn points in buildings. The lack of any mid-mission saves made the game more fun through the first handful of levels (by ratcheting up the tension) but became incredibly annoying in later levels, as the game increasingly uses cheap tactics like respawning guards, etc, forcing umpteen replays. Although I never use cheats, I'm not ashamed to say that I cheated through the final level rather than waste any more time replaying it. Is barely worth playing after taking into account all the negatives.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution

So my list thus far is:
Fallout 3 GOTY
World of Warcraft (Feb. 2005 - March 2011)

and Zombie Shooter over the weekend
Finished The Next Big Thing. Very good game, excellent voice acting and hilarious dialogues but way too short, and some puzzles make me think I still prefer RPGs to point'n'clicks...

So far in 2011:
Orcs and Elves
Zeno Clash
Neverwinternights 2 original campaign
Mirror's Edge
Deathspank
Borderlands GOTY (original campaign)
Airport Mania
Serious Sam : First Encounter
Airport Mania 2
The Next Big Thing
Finished Chaser last night. I've got mixed feelings about it. The gameplay was pretty fun in the first two thirds of the game. After that it usually felt annoying. Some of the enemies could take more damage than I could, and the grenade shooter was practically useless.

And the story? I really have no idea what in the world was going on there at the end. Maybe I just wasn't paying attention very well.

In any case, the game was actually pretty good. Not a bad purchase.
Jade Empire (PC) - Buggy, and failed to really stand out in any way. Think John Cleese's part was the most memorable in the game.

Battlefield: Bad Company. Not a bad little game.
Last night, I completed the campaign in Gears of War 3 on the normal mode. I wish it was a little longer but it was really fun and I liked the ending.
Dungeon Siege
Battlefield: Bad Company 2. I didn't enjoy the story in this one as much as the first game but the gun play was alot better. Unfortunatly the level design felt alot more linear in this game.
