SCPM: So when you buy the anthology, it's not just one product on your shelf, but it unlocks all the games so you can download individual installers? And there's definitely no extra levels zip or anything anywhere in the ROTT directory?
Yup, it puts all the games, so you can download them individually. It also does put one Anthology product, which contains one huge installer for all games; and the soundtrack as a separate product (that's a zip file). See attachment for a screenshot of My Games library after I bought the anthology.

Yes! There is a zip file in the RoTT directory containing all the extras.
This is not properly documented; If you didn't know they exist you wouldn't know to look for a zip file. I really wish though, they provide those as separate downloads like in the old site, and make better documentation of the extras available.

Like you, Apogee was a big part of my childhood, hence I'm happy I bought this.

EnforcerSunWoo: Is the version of Raptor they are selling the original release?
Don't know to be honest what release it is, and what other releases were there. However, if you tell me how to check, I can install, check and let you know.

Well, if it is indeed the dos version then it would be the original release. I guess the only way to really check is if it is dosbox launched.

Yes it's the DOS version. 8MB file running through DOSbox. The old manual says it should be installed through DOS.
Everyone I just picked up the box set with all the games and a shit load of them don't work at all wolf and a bunch load up but when you start to play the game it has lagging sound and black screen and I am running windows 7 64bit with

weird, I didn't have issues with Wolf 3d. but I did get a black screen with Bio Menace but all I had to do is the old Shift+enter, Shift+enter trick

Is there a way to update the DOS box on these games to a more better one? or is that not needed??

I don't think it's needed since they are already using 0.74 or a SVN based on Dosbox 0.74 which is the newest version.
It may be the graphic settings they are using since the games are running in a fairly large screen but still look very smooth/look like they do on a old crt monitor. But yeah usually if you get a blank screen just shift+enter to put Dosbox into windowed mode and then Shift+enter again to put it back full screen that usually does the trick.

Thanks for the info, I appreciate it.

3D Realms is looking into adding payment options other than credit card, but only Paypal was mentioned to me. I also asked them about the original version of Alien Carnage (known as "Halloween Harry") with the proper level order. They are looking into possibly adding that as well. So we can only hope.
Got an email from them saying Max payne 1&2 and prey wont be sold there at all because they don't have any rights for it?... so why the hell did they put it up on the site then???...

just links to steam ugh horrible

It worked for me thanks it was odd I was like ok the site says windows older one up to 8.1 soo wtf but the thing you said did the trick

but wolf seems to have an odd long wait before the level starts like the game runs fine as hell but when I start the first mission it loads a black screen for almost 1 and a half minutes than starts the game just fine. really odd but meh not bugging me at all now that I know it works no problem :/ lol

But what Is really nice is they gave all the single game installers and the set in one bundle all in one thing as well! nice move they did and saves me icons on my desktop :)

No problems for me in neither Wolfenstein not Bio Menace. Using Windows XP.

Try changing the graphics in Dosbox conf from overlay to surface or vice versa. That can often solve lag issues.
The DOSBox settings 3D Realms has used specifies a high output resolution (whereas GOG's leave that up to DOSBox) so that might also have some effect on performance.
Nice collection of classics and for the current sales price of 20$ it's a real steal. Only 8 hours left before the price will be the regular 40$.
I just bought the damn thing and nothing is downloading! I can't even post on their forums to ask for help! In fact, I think I bought the pack twice! I need help!

Downloads work fine for me. Maybe you just clicked on the Game Details link instead of the Download. They're both highlighted with a yellow box when you hover your mouse over a game cover and it looks like it's only a single link, but there's the large upper part for game details and a narrow lower part for the download. You have to directly click the narrow lower part for the download to start.

If that's not your problem, try with a different browser.

Also, you need to confirm your e-mail address when you sign up for a new account before you can access the games. Maybe the confirmation e-mail is in your spam folder?

I got the email. I looked in the my games page and all I have are the free games that came with my new account. No Anthology pack! If I don't get what I paid for in the next couple of days, I'm asking for a full refund, if I can post in the damn forums that is.
