It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

CerealxKillerz: Nope not working... always says someone else using it or cant force update.
Could i unistall it but if i did would it get rid of witcher 3??
Shouldn't be any problems with installed games, but since it's still in beta state, anything can happen.. What is your version of Galaxy? Is The Witcher installed in Galaxy folder? And please, try unchecking galaxy from startup list first and restart pc.

back up saves. Not only Witcher 3 but all other games as well. There were cases of all games dispappearing. It should be fixed now, but it won't hurt to back them up.
How do i back them up? Just copy files?

You can temporary move your saves and/or games to another place, outside Galaxy folder.
Know the name of the save file? I think i found it just wanna make sure

What about startup? It seems like something holds Galaxy process from start of OS. Unchecking program from startup list should help. I'm not sure you can uninstall Galaxy if you can't acces process..
it's fixed i turned off the start up!

Good. Now to make sure this will never happen again, click on gear/cog icon (down-left) in Galaxy client and uncheck Run Galaxy at Windows startup.
Glad to be of help, have fun with your games! : )

Now the question is, why isn't this topic marked as solved despite a reply having been marked as the solution?
