I started working before Christmass, but gave up. Now I'm back in the gym.
As a winner of one of your former giveaways, I'm not in, but it's good to see you around! Best of luck with your weight loss, you're not alone. Your post reminded me that I should get back to cycling to work now that the weather is bearable in the UK.

Good luck. I'm putting off getting back on fasting, myself. Longest I've gone was 3 days.
Best of luck with the weight loss.

Losing weigh to quickly can be unhealthy so do be careful
Good luck with your weight loss xyem!
Good luck xyem!
Hey, welcome back. May I ask what's your current result compared to last value from GA#1? Are you on + or - ? :D

servobeupstry: Just remember a one-hour workout is only 4% of your day, so no excuses! Good luck!

PhilD: Yeah. but this doesn't factor in the 12 hours I need to recover from the workout.
Really? That could be down to your eating & sleeping habits. You should be feeling more energetic after a workout, not less.

Depends - could be something like a thryoid condition. Also just possible the mix/structure of activities isn't optimal for triggering an endorphin response.
Some rules

1. Eat loads of low calorie foods so you'll feel full. So tons of veggies and salads
2. High protein - how doesn't like chicken and fish? Get stuck in
3. Low fat - fat contains
4. Moderate carbs
5. Home cooked meals so you can make sure they aren't adding in loads of sugar and fats
6. Make homemade soups with a blender. Carrots, Tinned tomotoes, bell peppers, flavouring and maybe beans or cooked lentils. Add chilli and salt for a delicious low calorie soup.
7. Eat lentils and add them to soups and stews. They will fill you for hours with a slow energy release. Just make sure they'll well cooked

Exercise

1. Building muscle in all muscle groups will increase your metabolism
2. Walking a mile equates to 100 calories. So the more you walk, the more fat you can burn.

supplementscene: 3. Low fat
Absolutely not!

Fat are just as essential as proteins, especially Omega3 which the body can't produce.

The body needs fat for energy, vitamins, hormones, stable blood-sugar, and building. Fat also lasts longer and makes you less hungry. Carbohydrates is the only thing the body can be low on (or without entirely).

This fear of fat is only making the situation worse and makes it that harder to maintain a healthy body, especially when you want to build muscles.

Anyway, Good luck xyem! I've gone down about 40-45kg myself so I know it's not easy! :D
Welcome b 2 ur weight loss regime & err... GA xyem! I had been consistently exercising once a week 4 the past yr but unfortunately i c absolutely no improvement or rather loss 2 my weight watsoever due 2 me being unable 2 cut down on food. Lol.

The junk food temptation is still too big 4 me so until i start watching my calories & limiting my intake i dun think i'm gonna make much progress so i'm hoping all the best 4 u on restarted ur weight-loss journey. But i'm sure u wld definitely do better given ur past track record. ;)

Anyway, best of luck & here's wishing every1 stay & keep being healthy. ^_^

Welcome back and good luck, Xyem!
Kudos for continuing where you left off! Did the months of neglect undo much of your previous progress?
