It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

--.--: Nvm I was wrong. Installing the dependency stated on the Crashlands GOG store page fixed all errors and the game is running pretty much perfectly. Here remains my enteral shame.
And a +1 for you too.

--.--: That fudginh dependencies doesn't change jack poo. Still the same fudging error. You expect GOG to actually supply you with the required dependencies ?

Thanks. Now it actually boots up but there isn't any sound at all when playing the game still better then the fucking cancerous useless dependencies GOG provided on their store-front page like wtf were they thinking?

Linko90: You're about one swear word away from a ban. If you can't express a view without lacing it with multiple swear words, i'm more than happy to give you some time in order to learn how to do so.
Sorry I poorly contain my anger.

Linko90: Occasional swears have never been a problem, overuse of them is.
And it's okay for GOG to use FCKDRM??? Do they get banned for plastering it everywhere?

Two things -

1) the use of 'WTF' is allowed, as shown by the two threads on the front page of the boards.

2) This isn't even close to swearing in the way the OP has. The fact I need to point this out to you suggest you are simply, again, looking to try to make an issue out of things. Your behaviour does not go unnoticed, neither does your attempts to take things off topic as I have already clarified the ruling on swearing in this thread, yet here you are posting.

No problem, just keep it in mind in the future :)

they broke up years ago, though Prophets of Rage have a pretty good record.

Alright, I know absolutely nothing about them, only remember the name as it stuck in memory.
Welp error came back again ( Game won't startup). Downloaded libcurl 3 to fix it (sudo apt-get install libcurl3 ) because it isn't included in Ubuntu 18.04 apparently (https://www.reddit.com/r/crashlands/comments/99l7yd/game_instantly_crashes_linux/) it launches but game is acting weird with audio/save bugs etc. will try to resolve this issue with support or get a wallet refund so I can buy another game that works natively with no additional dependencies etc like slime rancher which I bought yesterday and worked perfectly out of the box.

Writing to our Support seems like the best option. Hopefully they will be able to help you out :)

Well, the friggin' game card has been updated to include libcurl3 as a dependency, so the OP was right all along (and support was quick to act). :P
