51nikopol: Glad to hear some good news on the forum and about GOG. Glad you got the help you needed.
Yeah, we need more good news here! lupineshadow: All I can say is...
GOG...you know what you did. Don't try and deny it. You did something. Allegedly.
Well, this post was primarily made for the gog staff, after all, I also wanted some other positive tales as well and some humour! amok: i know what they did *nudge nudge wink wink*
No, no, no, it was something completely different! :D FrostburnPhoenix: You mean reset your rep to 0, but this isn't the first time they've done this.
No, but now that you mention it, they did right by us by fulfilling our forum requests! Magnitus: I haven't filed a GOG support request in years, but they have been very helpful in the past.
Yeah, that is why I'm pretty patient when it comes to waiting for a response, which is usually a day or so, and every time so far, my issues were resolved. toma85: I have to apologize to the OP for the situation here. It wasn't really my intention. In this case I am a victim of my own curiosity. The reaction to my initial post is still fascinating and partially hilarious. I will definitely stop now.
Thanks for saying so, yeah I really don't get offended easily, so no worries! Longcat: OP, I still kindly ask that you elaborate (without giving out personal information) on what exactly GOG helped you with, because as I earlier remarked, it doesn't seem very believable that you are unable to convey this information without giving up personal information, and hence we have no way at all of knowing if what you said is actually true, or that the help you received was truly remarkable.
Sincerely, and with all due respect, this post was mainly for GoG staff, and secondly as a way for people here to share their stories, so it will have to remain a mystery at this point... I apologize for my ambiguity, but it is between me and the staff who fixed my issue.
