Decided to purge some of the comments in this thread because they were completely unnecessary. I'd rather not do it again. To everyone involved - don't start or engage in fights with other users. If someone is attacking or bothering you, let our team know instead (edit: in private message).

No thank you, I just wanted to point out that you delete posts where I was simply was thanking and wishing OP a nice evening, while you find no issue with posts calling other users haters and accusing them of hate mongering and strife. And since you take no issue with it, I assume you also find the statements to be true.

Thanks for the reply, it’s always good to know what you consider ok and not on these forums. I hope you enjoy the rest of your Tuesday.

I can only echo that.

I have never had any cause to think ill of Support, quite the opposite .... though admittedly I have not used them since before the change to a bot.

Yeah, as long as their role remains supplemental, bots can be an effective tool for augmentation rather than a replacement for customer support... Looking at you, instagram/steam...
