Your graphics card and, to a lesser extent, CPU are below the minimum specs. You might be able to run the game at low resolutions and FPS with some tweaked settings, but that's hardly ideal.

do yourself a favor and buy a xeon x5650 and use that to replace that ridiculous i5 !

first of all the xeon x5650 is dirt cheap anywhere ( look at ali express for example )

and second that cpu literally destroys anything right up to 2017 so your safe for a long time

third its actually quite easy to remove your cpu cooler replace the i5 for the xeon, put some paste back on the cpu and install the cooler back and feel cool and amazed by your own system
