I get 23.6 GB for the game download + all extras, and the installed game is 24.5 GB (26,341,544,421 bytes) here.
The store page says the game requires 35GB though so presumably there's another 5-10GB to download and get unpacked on release day I presume, unless the size requirement also includes space for savegames perhaps. (I just finished Skyrim with close to 40GB of savegames so...) ;)

We don't mind ridicule in here, but we do ask that you at least be polite about it. :D You're just saying that because your CPU has no floating point unit and your video card is a Cirrus Logic GL5446!
If it's any consolation I have a 7850 2GB which is underspec for the game, but to make matters worse my monitor is 2560x1600 which is just over double the pixels of full HD, so well... I'm going to be watching a slideshow I think or lowering the game down to 320x240 Mode-X :o)
