Hey, so I had a key for witcher 3, redeemed it, and bought witcher 1&2, all three games have now disappeared. When 23 was here, it said that i had to wait til release date, but this was after the release date. Tried an account refresh, nothing helps. All three games now missing, support has not replied
Just wait a few more days for support to reply, there's really nothing else to do at this point.
They're really good at working things out, no worries. Just a busy time for them!

Try them both, you may have done the wrong one? Exhaust all options then like I said, you'll just have to be patient and wait. It's happened to me before. You'll get your games, no doubt about it.

The refresh choice does not work. Tried all options, I'll wait for an admin
