Just noticed that the new Saints Row is going to get released on August 23rd. I was wondering if there would be a release on GOG. Is there any news regarding that?

Also, offtopic but really hoped Stray would be available on GOG. :(

Nope. It's an Epic Games Store exclusive. No GOG anytime soon.

Probably one year later, after the exclusivity period with egs ends, like it happened with Saints Row The Third Remastered.

Okay. Didn't know about EGS exclusive deal. Won't mind waiting a year or so.
But hope it won't take longer.

Supergiant still hasn't released Hades on GOG.

Agreed. Agents wasn't as good as SR but in itself wasn't a bad game. Day one buy for sure from me here more so it if has all the DLC.

Also thanks for reminding me me about I have a urge to play it again now.

Edit also doesn't Deep Silver aka THQ Nordic own AOM, as they own SR?

Not sure you can go off-topic in the opening post of your own thread!

I loved SR 2-4 (didn't play 1 as it wasn't on PC). Brilliant and funny games. Looking at the trailer for SR 5, it's not really appealing to me. Perhaps I'll be proven wrong, but I don't think it's going to be a real SR game without Shaundi and Johnny Gat.

I was going to say - didn't this new installment already get some serious flak for overly sanitising and considerably dialing back on the political incorrectness the series is known for?

Anyway, as we've seen over the years, best never to get one's hopes up about big-name games appearing here. That said, if it sells poorly enough, maybe they'd toss it over here like 2k did with XCom Chimera Squad.

I have not purchased Saints Row: The Third Remastered as it has multiplayer and I do not know if it's Co-op has A Server Browser List or not.

I do not want to have to spend $30 dollars (USD) on either gog.com or Steam just to see this.

Are you able to provide me this information if you own Saints Row: The Third Remastered at all?

Yes - there was a lot about that. I'll reserve judgement until it's released, but it looks like they were scared of cancellation and have made it a much more generic GTA rip off than the unique and funny thing that it used to be.
