tinyE: Funny thing, the only game I could never get working here was a brand new indy title. :P
You mean indie right? :-)

Indy = Indianapolis / Indiana Jones

Indie = Independent
I did a search on the page for the word 'free' and it didn't return anything, so let me state the obvious :

Get the free games in here, give them a shot and you should be fixed.

(Where are the *true* Tyrian fans when you need them ? The closest one has to be drunk ;-)

Edit : ok I missed the specific part for starwars battlegrounds -> check the sub-forum to see if there are complains.

NXEnterprise: Do anyone know if Star Wars Battleground will work on computers that run the Intel i7 running a 12 GB of RAM and a 2 GB video card?

vicklemos: Man with specs like these you can even run 2015 releases easily!
It depends on the video card, but even integrated graphics run Battlefront II nicely, I guess

edit: I'm planning to do a "Intel Graphics Card GOGmix"; who's with me?!
Intel i 7 processors tend to screw up performance wise on older titles but i don't think it will be noticeable.

Dammit I knew I typed that wrong. :P

Ixamyakxim: Let me go check and see if Mac / Linux flavors are supported as well... (those can be a bit more touch and go).

mistermumbles: Well, it sounds like it runs just fine in Wineskin on Mac. At least that's what he primarily uses these days. I figure if the Mac side has no problems it should also work well with Wine on Linux.
Neat thanks for tracking that down. I tossed the "I'm not sure if they're "officially" supported" caveat in my post for just such a reason - I know a lot of people get this stuff up and going with Wine even if it isn't listed here - good to hear a confirmation!

Didn't know that. So an i5 is better for older games?!

i7 processor are meant for multithreading. I5 processors have a much better single core performance.
Depends on the installer. Please see the game page for a minimum system requirements and if your system is above them the game must work, otherwise you should be able to get your money back (within 30 day of purchase). Btw GOG stands for Good Old Games so this is the main reason behind this site -> to make older games playable on newer systems.
