I guess it's not available here just like 1001 spikes.
I asked them about it but my question went ignored. :(

QC: I'm fairly certain it's on Vita, Sony keeps trying to tout the Vita for being a big indie friendly platform and I was fairly certain it was on there. Plus, since it's on 3DS that's all the more important I'd think from a competition sake to have it on the competing platform as well.
I sure can't find it on the playstation store though :l

Can't find any release info on Wikipedia/Gamefaqs/Mobygames about a Sony release, so I will say with some certainty that it hasn't been released there.
