Got Witcher 3 code with my gtx 970 and now after downloading this knock-off Steam game manager, It says im out of disk space and cant install it?

My C: drive is full but ive set installation to my storage drive....
Yet im "out of disk space"

Get me to install a program I dont want....and then dont let me do the shit it says? SMH....

Been looking up solutions for 3 hours....Done with this BS.

EDIT:
The three hours I spent were differemt (or mostly the same) techniques to install to a different folder..
My assumption was that GOG was the "catch" to my free witcher game.

*When I say im done with this BS, I mean for now, why else would I post on it after the fact then?*

Ignore Galaxy and download the installer through the browser? Or click the cog in Galaxy and change all 3 directories to another disk? Temporary is where files are downloaded, installation is where they are moved after download.
You have to be smarter than the installer.
Are you complaining about the client or about the installer? Because they happen to be 2 different things and you appear to mix them up quite badly.
Galaxy is not the installer, it's the client with which to access a Galaxy Of Games.. get it?
It spells GOG!
But the client is not very good, this is true. It's also still in beta.
Just download the installer like other people have said and pretend you never saw that client.

Given his post you may be asking too much. :P

3 hours. And you didn't find the stand-alone installer files in your account which you could download anywhere and install to wherever you like, even your grandma's toaster (as long as it runs Windows and no guarantee it will work well)?

I hate to think that you are right and someone in PR thought that the anagram could be reused.
Ah, the refreshing times of Biological Interface error. It has been while.

You really cannot blame him though. GOG is trying to get you to install their beta in every way they can. Sure, it's optional, but for someone new to GOG... I think it's very easy to percieve as mandatory.

Uhhh... perhaps it says you're out of disc space because you're out of disk space? Why didn't you install Galaxy to the drive that has space?

A program you know you didn't have to install if you'd been paying attention.

And why make the thread if you're done with this BS?

*sigh*

GOG's increasing success has come at a heavy price and that price is... you.

See attached. It's what you see in your account when you click on Witcher 3. One button that sends you to galaxy, and a ton of download links. Having gotten the game through a code redemption, one has to use the account page to download, unless one has already downloaded Galaxy before.

Well It does say "Try" but I see your point there, one might justifiably assume that at least the downloader part in the client AREN'T beta.
Especially considering it doesn't even say Gog Galaxy Beta on the download page itself.
does anyone know why it rarely lets me connect to gog galaxy browser its annoying cause I would like updates and what not just keeps saying connect now and never connects....
