I paid and downloaded Dk 2 and DK Gold, installed GOG Galaxy and everything seemed good. then I pressed Play and nothing happened. I tried to fill in the Contact Us form and couldn't submit the form - what a scam.

Why is this? this is a great idea for a business / giving gamers access to classic games.

You don't need Galaxy to play the games. Try starting them directly through the executable to see if they work. Other than that, can you give more detail on the issue with the Contact Us form?

I think you will find you need to fill in the support document and they will get back to you but it is friday evening so might take then a couple of days to get back to you, no they do not have a phone line.

but i have not yet had an any games from here that i have issues running, but it could be a driver issue with your self

You have not been ripped off.

Support will help you to get the game running. If they don't succeed, you'll get your money back.

If you can't submit the support form, that might be because you have disabled JavaScript, or are blocking google recaptcha? I do the same, but try enabling them temporarily just for this purpose.

Alternatively, as GR00T already suggested, try running the games without Galaxy, as that's entirely optional for running gog's games.

it's not a scam dude. if you're running win10 and the games don't work just contact support. they'll try some stuff with you and if it doesn't work out you can get a refund.

YES IT IS! IT'S ALL A SCAM!

GOG doesn't actually have any games! I have bought 911 titles here and not a single one has of yet to show up in my library. I haven't done or said anything because I'm holding out hope that #912 might actually be a real game and actually show up in my library.

Go to Steam.They support old games a lot better than GOG... Man,how i hate such peeps. Cheers

Let me take a guess. You filled out the support form but did not attach a dxdiag file which is requested when posting technical difficulties? Or you missed a field or a checkbox. They aren't a scam just because you are obviously unable to fill out a support formular. I did the same today within minutes - no problem. Already have my ticket number and a short reply from GOG ... hey, they also already offered me a refund (which I declined because I prefer to wait until the game in question is fixed). So either it is a very personal scam and they only scam chosen people or you are just wrong. The best thing you can do is

1) Calm down
2) Describe your problem in detail
3) Calm down

But if you are done maybe this all is for nothing. Wow, you are a pretty patient person ;)
