kbnrylaec: Recent GOG promo often have discount changing (after promo start), wrong discount, wrong countdown, wrong email ads, missed games in promo.

It is not a good sign for a company.
I'm pretty sure they'll do fine and keep chugging along. I'm curious: why not email Support or a bluetext whenever there is an issue rather than just posting on the forums? Maybe I'm out of line in saying this, but threads like these can feel like an attempt to get users (who don't really care) to rally behind a cause, like activists blocking highway traffic who hurt their cause more than help. Or if it really bothers you, why not give up and take your business elsewhere?

I do submit GOG Support tickets, but their response is slow.
I actively report bugs for GOG, but they still make the same bugs every week.

I do not know how to improve GOG.
I want to make sure GOG staff do know their problems and do try to improve it.
I want to make sure that all my games here got updates.

But what I have got?
They still make the same bugs again and again and again.

Send your resume to GOG and see if they'll hire you. But I think you're better off just throwing up your hands and focusing on other things in your life rather than worrying about this shit that's out of your control. Don't waste energy on things outside your sphere of influence, go enjoy life. ;) If it really comes down to it for you, stop buying here and take your business elsewhere.

I do understand you wanting GOG to improve, but at this point it's kind of annoying to see these posts and threads all the time. At least for me, I can't speak for everyone else. It's like when I was promoting Humongous all the time or complaining about the lack of good old games in 2013; I'm sure that got on peoples' nerves. Eventually I learned just to focus on my own life (mostly).
Not sure Asuka Tanaka wants to move to Poland, but hope you can ;)
One GOG staff (aka the blue) semi-confirmed that they know nothing about automatic tools.

It is a super-easy-to-fix bug and GOG staff knew it for years.
But no, GOG never really fix it.
They just fix the wrong forum links for one or two random games that are reported on The "what did just update?" thread [1]
