What? Where do you see it as $12.99? It's $21.29 (15% off) whether or not you meet the minimum for the bundle (I am sure this yet another bundle pricing bug). It shows as having no discount on the promo page until your total combination of owned/selected games from the bundle meets or exceeds 7, but that's just a display error: if you go to checkout, it will be discounted to $21.29 regardless. But it doesn't have a 30% discount that I can see. (Also, the company is called "Telltale", not "Taletell". :) )
