Wasn't the suffering released for free a while back?

I would second the delta force series. It was a pity the latter games were overshadowed by Battlefield 2 when they were superior in a few ways.

Shenmue 1 and 2
Blade Runner, which is as deep in licensing hell as you're gonna get.

One Finger Death Punch, because gog rejected it and there probably isn't quite enough buzz here to make them overthink their decision.

Half-Life, because, lol, Valve.
Blizzard and Valve. And yes, everything is going to be on GOG eventually
Any and all point 'n' click adventure games. (because you can never play too many.)

and...

Thief XIII: Return of the Trickster*
Thief XIV: The Hammerite Rebellion*
Thief XV: Garret Triumphant*
(because a man can dream, can't he?)

*Yes I know I suck at making up titles. :P
I'd love to see the Xcom games.

Both the originals and the moderns
Battletech series, because it's got quite possibly the worst case of licensing hell in history. Even the free Mechwarrior 4 Mercs download has gone dark and attempts to reach out to Microsoft only led to lots of buck-passing and no real answers.

No One Lives Forever, also licensing hell.

Outpost series. Better than it gets credit for, but it's abandonware and the IP chain of custody isn't terribly clear.

Homeworld series. Possibly the best RTS ever made but new IP owner Gearbox is quite enamored of Steamworks.

Dead online games revived for lawful private-server play (Hellgate London, Tabula Rasa, Earth & Beyond, City of Heroes/Villains, etc.). There's no rational reason why this shouldn't be possible, but MMO companies are notorious for 'if we can't have you nobody will' thinking so any attempt to license old IP is likely to end poorly.
Me: "Is there any hope of your classic games coming to GOG? #Warcraft, #Starcraft, #Diablo, #TheLostVikings, #Blackthorne"

Blizzard: "It's unlikely, we have some of them available from here: http://bit.ly/1OpL4VJ"

Blade Runner, Dark Souls, the GTA series, Red Dead Redemption, classic SNES titles. Some PS1 games would be cool , too.
Typing of The Dead

It's kind of a dorky game but zombies!
I'll throw in another vote for the entire MechWarrior/MechCommander series and add Rise of Nations and Rise of Legends.

The worst part is seeing Rise of Nations already rereleased on Steam. I'll stick to my retail CD copies of both for now, but a DRM-free release on GOG.com would actually get me to buy them again, especially with LAN and/or Galaxy-supported multiplayer.
Myst III: Exile and Myst IV: Revelation, to complete the Myst series. They seem to be completely out of print. I have Exile in hard copy but I'm giving up hope on ever playing Revelation.

Relic's original Homeworld and Homeworld 2. I have mixed feelings about what Gearbox has done -- the Remastereds look awesome but the gameplay is not the same.

Word on the street is that Cyan and Ubisoft are in active talks to partner on a re-release of both games.

That's awesome!! Can't wait for the day I can do an epic Myst marathon. I voted in the GOG wishlists long ago, I hope they make it here - if I can't get the CDs (which I have for Myst, Riven, Exile and Uru) then DRM-free is the second best.

I agree! I could finally complete an unfulfilled quest from my teenage years.

KiNgBrAdLeY7: The Suffering collection. Those are excellent good old games and they have aged exceptionally well! Why they aren't here already, is one of those huge mysteries of mankind and all.
I think you can still get the first one free, I did some time ago and I believe I still have the digital copy Midway gave away for free too. It doesn't have the GOG touch though. If you don't have it or can't find it I can try to find a way to share it. But it's 1.3GB, I can't imagine it would be too hard to find though.

Dungeon Siege series is the only one I can think of at the moment.

Maybe Diablo 1 and 2 with expansions to both. Although if I remember correctly, blizzard didn't make the expansion for the first Diablo. I think Sierra made it.

Civilization series, 2 in particular with expansion packs. I played the first one on SNES for a long time until I found 2 for PC and loved it. Never played any of the others afterwards though. I still have them, as well as the SNES version on my cell phone for when I'm waiting around I play a couple rounds.

Parasite Eve series (Including 3rd Birthday). Loved those games. Gran Turismo series too while I'm on console games.
And Shadow Tower, Xeno Gears, Final Fantasy VII, Chrono Trigger. ALL of the Silent Hill games.

Land of the Dead - Road to Fiddler's Green. I know it had extremely bad ratings but I loved it. It was simple and effective and runs on the UT engine.

After seeing Quake and Doom, I'm kinda hoping for Hexen also.

And last but not least, Project Zomboid
