Hmm... WB are pretty close to Monolith - maybe THEY somehow have the NOLF rights!
Night Dive definitely seems to think they will own the rights as they filed a trademark claim last year. Its possible they feel they have to wait a period of time to make sure no one objects. Think it was in May and one year might be a reasonable wait.
