BKGaming: That for sure won't happen either... but keep dreaming.

apehater: thats what dreams are for :)
But we need a system to constantly patch the half finished games, manage our files to the cloud, monitor our gameplay time, and provide us validation for our pointless existence with "achievements"...
Are they even still working on Galaxy? Seems the whole project has come to a screeching halt.

apehater: hopefully galaxy will be just abandoned and gog use the free resources for fixing games and other stuff!
I don't think GOG usually fixes games. :P

On the contrary Galaxy receives regular bug fixes... the last 6+ months have been about adding new backend stuff for developers, like the ability to push patches and cut out the middleman (ie GOG). So the frontend of Galaxy has appeared to been abandoned but that is not the case. The big 1.2 update is planned for very soon.

Good to hear. What about online servers? I thought Galaxy was supposed to be all about online MP support.
Very soon is still Soon™.

Quite a few games do now support Galaxy MP...

They aren't advertising this very well.

Out of curiosity, is there a list of games that have Galaxy multiplayer support? While I'm at it, is there also a list of games that support crossplay? I'd love to know which titles actually support these features.

I do agree that, given the prominence they advertise the service with, it would make sense if games that supported various Galaxy features were clearly marked. For some, that would even potentially be another reason to purchase a game.
Maybe they're thinking about Galaxy "as a service" like Win10 (=always beta) XD
Its never going to be finished. Clients evolve all the time and get more and more features and are being reworked all the time. They are all in indefinite beta period. Its always just a question if its in stable version or again in testing version. Heck since I installed Galaxy I get a 100MB worth galaxy update every 2-4 weeks.
