From previous reports, and the odd personal conversation, it's a good flow which allows for a lot of development of your skills and interests while not having the ever presenting chopping axe dangling over your head. A trait that majority of the industry can not promise. Additionally, the job you get paid for is the job you do, there's very few cases reported/discussed in which one person will be given 4-5 different roles with no additional pay/support.
