I do not have this game (too pricey for me atm) but I'm a hardcore fan of survival and strategy games so I frequently monitor GOG and Steam sites reading user posts and reviews. Today I noticed something strange: "most helpful" GOG's review by Raitisan (review's title is "Bugger...") which was not so positive for the game today had no votes at all (before it had over 20+ votes for sure) and vanished from its top position.

What's going on here? Is that normal that votes in GOG reviews got such resets?

It is a known bug, exists for at least one month.
GOG does not fix it yet, and GOG staff said nothing about it.

Too busy implementing stuff that pisses off the most devoted and loyal customers... I mean, who needs a working review system in an online store anyway...
