sombrakage: greeting from Venezuela
sorry my english.

get the money or a plane ticket, to leave my country Venezuela, which has become an impossible place for life.
Congratulations on leaving. Wherever you decide to move, please make sure to let everybody know the truth of socialism/communism/leftism and make sure you vote against it for the rest of your life.
I finally memorized the first complete verse of Subterranean Homesick Blues.

In another four years I might learn the rest of it. :P

I can't identify a beer taste at least. It just tastes a little different, but in a very good way. It's easy enough to try out so why not give it a go? 500g self raising flour + third teaspoon of salt + approx 500ml beer (no fancy stuff - just normal run of the mill beer). Mix into a dough, and bake in the oven for about 40min at 180 degrees celcius. I leave all the conversions away from these sensible units for you to do :)

The bubbles in the beer just make the batter fluffy, not beer-tasting. You could use any bubbly beverage.

Interesting. I believe one of my next pizzas may have crust with stout in it, instead of water.

wait wait wait

Instead of water?
How does crust have water in it? You mean the dough?

I keep thinking of cheese crust pizza that actually had cheese in the crust that oozes out when you cook it.

Looks tasty, yet a bit complicated to make. Let us know how it turns out.

I've tried with dark molasses before and it was rather yummy, but the pizza then needs a taste-rich topping to balance the sweetness.

I've had pizza like that, with a ring of deliciously oozing cheese inside the crust, and a sausage inside of there to boot, circumscribing the entire pizza,

I could do that. I made a pizza thread that nobody posted in yet, I might as well give it a push.
Pizza is like sex.

Even when it's bad, it's still pretty good.

But if you had to abstain from either sex or pizza for the rest of your life, whch would you choose?

Considering I haven't been laid in 24 years, sex. :P

Wise choice. 24 years (hey, wait .. that's like in the song) is a lot of delicious pizza.
