BreOl72: Nothing. :(
Sorry to hear. Maybe I should send over some baby deer I saw crossing the road a few days ago?
The fact that I am currently in Budapest is making me very happy.
Funny thing happened. So about four months ago, at the very end of September, I became a little concerned about the market. With the supposed AI bubble and what not. (I don't think AI is evil or that it is going away, but I do think that some AI companies could be overvalued.) So I rearranged my investment portfolio a bit. Nothing too dramatic, just took some profits from AI-heavy stocks, paid off one of my properties, and bought a few pounds of gold.

Then I forgot about it.

Fast forward to today. I was moving some money around for tax purposes and decided to check up on that gold I bought. It's up 30% in just under four months. Not my most successful investment by a long shot, but the speed is impressive! Looks like I made a good call, because the stocks I sold to buy it definitely didn't grow anywhere as fast. One actually dropped 10% and the other only grew a fraction of a percent.

It's so fun, someone should make a videogame about it.

Check out STONKS-9800. Very addictive. Keeps me up all night every time I start it up.

I'm excited about the silver prices. 160% increase in 6 months. My crypto isn't doing so well now though..

Heard of a game called Drug Wars? That game is based around that idea, only it involves illegal drugs rather than stocks (but there's no reason the game couldn't be reflavored).

I've actually seen stock market minigames in a couple incremental games.
It took 14 months, but last Thursday, the last warm day before the 7th layer of Hell rolled through, I finished snipping every branch within arm's reach on Grandma's property. There are still branches worth snipping, but only if I can muster the courage to use the ladder; and before that, every stump shorter than my arm's reach will be dug up and that'll take a few months by itself.
It seems i got the last Rocket Force X Nebula-gamepad ever offered on the gamestore, at least the particular [Bonus] version which i got as it will not be restocked they said. Whats inside can be seen here...
So i am happy i was able to "grab" the perhaps last of the Bonus-Edition Nebula-pads. It was some serious money... but it was probably worth it.

i already had some crazy feeling getting me the RAT 8+ ADV mice... but this pad definitely "tops it all" as the priciest computer-peripheral i ever got. Of course, as a PS5 licensed pad it is working with either the PS5 or a PC; so the 2 systems i need support for.

Still not unboxed yet; i will wait for a special moment... as this is now too crazy for being "mindless" about.

So far i do not even own a PS5 DualSense Edge, just the "normal version", which is another great pad with a crazy price (200 or something), but at least the peak of the third party ones. The "Edge" version as well got some "backside-paddles" which it seems has been copied and taken over from other pads, so not their invention, and some more custom... which is good but not at the level of the best third parties, i assume (not tested yet). The main advantage is "the best firmware support"; as it is directly from Sony. However, the functionalities are more or less equal with both pads, so the Edge-Upgrade was useful in order to get a "official pendant" able to provide increased support from game-devs and Sony themself.
