That's a nice one, if it wasn't for the smell...

Uhhh... I'd like to think that smart technology always makes his apartment smell nice, even if he keeps bodies for years and years.

awalterj: Monkey Island cannibal hut. Best (and worst) security ever:

Matewis: That was so funny. The more you escape through the hole in the floor, the more they try to reinforce the front door :D
Believe it or not, I actually laughed tears when I played Monkey Island as a kid. Three times if I remember correctly, the other two instances are the "wedding" scene and one of the sword fighting insults in the German version, can't remember which one.

Not difficult to believe at all :) That whole business with the sword master you had to defeat with insults gleaned from other pirates walking around the island remains one of my favorite video game puzzles.
Anything that has a dungeon underneath. Or a basement. Or a hole in the ground.
I'm quite partial to Zoe's room in The Longest Journey: Dreamfall. I wouldn't mind having a wrap-around window view like that. ;)

That's easy - The Croft Manor from Tomb Raider: Legend and Tomb Raider: Anniversary - it has a pool, garden, gym, nice library, even a tech room :)
Frostcrag Spire from Oblivion, Shepard's Citadel appartment in Mass Effect 3, Franklin's house in Vinewood in GTA:V and Corvo Bianco from The Witcher 3.

My house from the original Animal Crossing. I have a creek behind me, flowers and trees in plenty, and the main floor I made into an NES arcade complete with Nintendo artifacts like gold Mario statues, a Master Sword, and a Bullet Bill cannon. Unfortunately, the NES games hate my Wii's component cables so it's been a while since I played Balloon Fight.
I would now likely to nominate the gang leader house from the Fallout 4 Nuka-World DLC.
That is just so cool (especially with all the cool flavors of Nuka-Cola to try)
