I so badly want to say this is Runaway. The last picture looks almost like Gene Simmons holding onto Kirstie Alley's arm facing the movie marquee.... but for some odd reason, I don't remember that.

While the first image doesn't tickle my memory, the second one looks a lot like something from Abel Ferrara's Body Snatchers. Always thought the podding in that movie looked a lot like an Italian dinner gone wrong :-)
