That is because they both use the URL tags incorrectly. You need to put the URL into the first tag, after the equals sign. Between the tags you put whatever text you want the link to show. This can also be the URL, if you like. If you don't do this, then subsequent links (without the URL in the first tag) will all point to the first URL, regardless of what you put between the tags.
