How does one cheat? Only way I can think of is reverse image search.

You can 100% tell what game this is using the screen shot that kalirion posted and a search engine. I'm not posting the answer only because I'm dealing with a sick cat and won't be able to attend to the next round.

No. I mean more specifically, that you can quite literally go to Google and type "side scroller game where player is a fox with a gun" then Google's AI will tell you exactly what game it is and be correct about it.
