Catventurer: Everybody's Gone to the Rapture?
Nope

Takashi_Hafuza: is that a cowboy hat?
my guess is Red Dead Redemption
And two nopes to this one :)

(it is a hat though, so you had that right at least)

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2?

(although, it almost certainly isn't, since KC is set in the Czech Republic, which isn't on the coast)

Nope, not KC2, but it's the closest guess so far as far as the genre is concerned, though not quite the same very specific sub-genre.

Next screenshot:

Greedfall?

Third-person RPG that focuses on conquistadors colonizing an island, so it's bound to have some coastal locations.

Nope, this is a different subgenre of Action RPGs from Greedfall or KCD2.

Ok. It looks like some sort of medieval fantasy RPG set in a coastal location, but I'm not sure then.
Dragon Dogma?

csanjuro: Dragon Dogma?
Nope, this is a purely single character game, no party members whatsoever.
Gothic 3?

Takashi_Hafuza: Gothic 3?
Nope, the game in the riddle is a very specific sub-genre of Action RPGs. Not quite as heavy on the "Role Playing" part as the typical WRPG, though you do make some choices such as helping certain NPCs, and if you do enough side quests you get access to the best of the three endings, while otherwise you only have access to 2 of them.

If it didn't look so freaking bright I'd guess Fable 3 with mods but I'm quite certain that's not it. That brightness setting of yours really needs adjustments though I think. xD
The first screenshot reminds me of that scene in Gladiator.

Hey, it's a sunny area! Something that's kinda infrequent for other games within this specific subgenre, btw.

New screenshot, this one of an inside area, and almost unedited besides masking out a name:

My soulslike suspicion seems to have been confirmed (almost every single one has a massive sword that's held like this), but they're dime a dozen and I haven't played that many of them (especially not those on GOG). So can't really say which one it is.

You suspicion is indeed confirmed! This game is not on GOG though.
