Catventurer: What? Still no guesses. Maybe some of you have been just wandering around lost in a hallway and speaking of hallways, here's a picture of a hallway for you. I hope it helps. <3 <3 <3 <3

Screen Shot #2.

kalirion: Danganronpa?
I could be all, WHICH ONE but then you'll probably start guessing the murder simulators in order starting with the first (Trigger Happy Havoc) and since this is the first, I am instead accepting your answer as correct.

It is now your turn.
Cool! Yeah, I'd've started guessing with the first. I actually got this game by googling for "games like persona", and Danganronpa was #3 in the list I clicked on with a UI matching the screenshot you gave. The article didn't say "Trigger Happy Havoc" explicitly, but I see that's the one that it links to on Steam Store page.

I'm totally in love with that idea and look of a tardigrade air-/spaceship but unfortunately I'm completely out of any idea what to look for... Googling for "tardigrade airship game" or zeppelin at least doesn't yield anything even remotely suitable...

The water bear is basically the enemy mothership type deal.

I think that screen shot is probably meant to be misleading. This game happens to have a zeppelin in it, but that's probably not a huge focus.... just like when I posted the image that I labeled "circus" in the last round. If you don't immediately recognize it as The Cage of Death from Danganronpa, you might waste your time looking for circus-themed games.

I think the second screen shot is more important, especially since it shows some/all of the game's HUD... and pretty much confirms that this isn't Forever Skies... so that puts me back to my prior thought in that this game happens to have a big bad zeppelin enemy but probably not zeppelins all over the place.
Here's another somewhat misleading gameplay shot

Fourth screenshot, nothing misleading in this one:

The most recent screen shot makes me think that this is something dystopian, which I thought even before I noticed the file name. Unfortunately, there are not many dystopian games that I'm familiar with such that I have an easier time saying that it isn't any of them - ENCODYA, Shadowrun, The Stillness of Wind... Not any of them, and I'm completely out of dystopian games that I can just name offhand.
It's a very neat indie run / gun / platformer that came out in 2022. PC-only, AFAIK.

I don't believe it's so much dystopian as just being in the midst of an alien invasion (the water bear from first screenshot is their space ship). The aliens aren't really there to conquer the planet so much as steal a certain resource.

Okay so I'm halfway (mostly xD) certain I got the solution from this comment and the very first screenshot provided but unfortunately I don't have a game at hand to showcase myself. I'll try to come up with something in time if nobody else provides a solution.
