Try this : www.gog.com/account/refresh
I had around 144 games on my account go missing for 2 days almost and was like WTF I messaged support 9 days later they respond after my problem fixed itself, The library thing seems to be a lot more stable now but...

They have a growing user base of people and the support staff they have is not enough to take on this amount of people, For whatever reason GOG BETTER NOT pull a valve and only use 3 support people to do all there shit for years to come >:(

just saying.
Someone must tell GOG that they should hire more working staff, NOT more gogbears..
I personally haven't had (or read of, until now) any problems with missing games since the My Account up/down-grade. For all of the bad things that happened in the library changes, that seemed to have at least stabilize those issues...
Remember you can , at least as of this writing ;-), download and back up your games from GOG, if it gets to be too much.

I'm not missing any games, but I get that Support might be overloaded with other issues.

Also, remember to check out their want ads! ;-)

Potzato: Try this : www.gog.com/account/refresh
That's the old link which doesn't work anymore. The new and correct link is "https://www.gog.com/user/refresh".

aristotle61: I know I can't be the only one this is happening too, but I haven't seen the response I would have expected from other people that are experiencing the same problem.
How...what. Perhaps not seeing a response from others could suggest that they aren't having the problem?

Refresh the account page and see if perhaps you've lost games to unbundling, which would result in getting more games, which are the same games, but moreso.

It seems like they need to hire more people.

aristotle61: They took 9 days to respond! That just confirms what I'm already thinking. If you can't even trust them to respond to an email in a reasonable amount of time when things go wrong, they need to make some changes.
I sent a request to support 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back. Thing is, I think I know what the problem is and it isn't a problem GOG can fix in an instant.

With all the site changes, the Galaxy client, increased support requests for The Witcher 3 and influx of new users, it seems too much has happened over at GOG and the current staff are struggling to keep up. Of course, this is all just assumption on my part, GOG staff can correct me if this isn't the case.

Until GOG support get's back to me, I'll just continue on with my life as always as well at continue whittling down the backlog. I'm in no hurry :)
