They took 9 days to respond! That just confirms what I'm already thinking. If you can't even trust them to respond to an email in a reasonable amount of time when things go wrong, they need to make some changes.
I sent a request to support 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back. Thing is, I think I know what the problem is and it isn't a problem GOG can fix in an instant.
With all the site changes, the Galaxy client, increased support requests for The Witcher 3 and influx of new users, it seems too much has happened over at GOG and the current staff are struggling to keep up. Of course, this is all just assumption on my part, GOG staff can correct me if this isn't the case.
Until GOG support get's back to me, I'll just continue on with my life as always as well at continue whittling down the backlog. I'm in no hurry :)
