We detected the bug - for about an hour, multi-part installers were not available. However, it should now be fixed now. Our web dev overlord, Chamb, is likely to hop in here to answer some more technical questions should they arise :)
Everything should be back to normal right now - all installers are again available on your accounts. If you still can see them try refreshing your Account few times.

Problem was introduced with the release of latest My Accounts changes / improvements. We are currently investigating the real cause of said issue. Sorry for all the inconvenience caused by this error.
