Wouldn't we all. Its not going to happen, this is the real world.

To add, even if by some miracle fluke Gog did get the rights to publish these, it is n thier best interest to release one at a time, maybe one a year to keep interest alive.

I have asked the same question to Gogs BizDev team in their Q+A.

Until they reply, do what I do. Talk to Publisher.

Except, there is no way to directly talk to any of those publishers

Sure you can email customer support, but there is no way to know they actually pass the message to decision makers.
Or your can post of the forums, but I doubt that business directors frequent the forums.

They probably wont respond or give a generic answer as they cant talk about all their bizdev plans.

And no they dont, most of the publishers he wants games from are notorious for their pro-DRM stances.

The majority of the games on your list are very highly unlikely to show up on GOG any time soon if ever. That's not GOG's decision however, but rather the publisher of each game decides where they want to distribute their games, and they've chosen to not distribute them here on GOG.com for the time being so you wont be able to buy them here unless they decide they decide that they want to sell them here unfortunately.

Mirror's Edge is already available on GOG.com - https://www.gog.com/game/mirrors_edge

The rest of the games I've quoted above are all Bethesda games and there's a reasonable chance we may see some or all of them here in the future as Bethesda decides to roll more out here. DOOM3 is quite old, and the 2 Fallout games are aging well also. A year or more ago someone discovered a way to find out what games GOG was in the process of bringing to GOG.com and they published a list as well as how they obtained the information. Of course GOG closed the loophole that let them discover this but we got a list of games out of the deal anyway. Most of the games on that list have been released on GOG.com since then, thus confirming the list was valid and accurate. If I'm not mistaken, the 2 Fallout games as well as Oblivion were on that list but have not yet been released here on GOG, so there is a reasonably good chance that they might show up here in the future. Skyrim is probably leaning more heavily onto the "unlikely" side any time in the near future, especially since they haven't released Oblivion yet.

At the end of the day though it doesn't matter if you have $50,000,000 burning a hole in your pocket because you can't buy games on GOG.com that aren't available for purchase here. Waving money at GOG doesn't really help because they actively are in communication with all of the major publishers constantly trying to entice them to come here, so they don't need any encouragement in the form of money, they're already doing everything they can do to bring more games here.

All that any of us can do is to vote for the games we'd like to see come here on the GOG community wishlist https://www.gog.com/wishlist and to find out a contact email address or web form or other form of communication with the publisher who owns the rights to a particular game or games and being very polite and friendly tell them that you'd really like to buy their games but are waiting for them to be released on GOG.com and wonder if and when they have plans to do that. It's important to never be hostile or confrontational in communications as that is never a negotiation tactic that will win over the other side, especially when they whole all of the cards.

Some will say that "the wishlist is a joke" because they have voted for games on there and they aren't here yet. It's not intended however to be a mechanism to vote and get a guarantee that a game will show up here, rather it is a way to indicate desire for a game to come here in a way that is statistically visible both to GOG.com and to publishers. Some publishers might not care if there are 10 billion votes on the wishlist, they may have financial motives or business models that preclude releasing on DRM-free platforms or some other motivations to not sell their games here no matter how many people want them. Nonetheless, the wishlist tells them "I want your game to come here" whether or not they are listening.

Other than that, I'm not aware of any other way that an individual person can have any effect on a game coming to GOG.com, regardless of how much money is falling out of their pockets or how big their megaphone is.

TL;DR version: Vote on the wishlist for the game(s) you want, and contact the publisher with a polite friendly message that you'd like their games on GOG.com, possibly organizing a group of people to do so or something. Then wait. That's all we can do aside from that is wait, wait some more, then keep waiting. That's all GOG can do also, is communicate with publishers on a regular basis and then wait and hope some kind of business deal manifests itself. They can't just start selling games here that the owner of the game isn't interested in selling here though, so the availability is not up to GOG.
Isn't Overwatch an online-only multiplayer game? How exactly would it be a good fit for GOG?

It wouldnt he just wants to wave the fact he has 25,000 dollary-doos in GOGs face thinking GOG gives a shit.
Buy games exclusively on GOG. This way you can shift the market balance a tiny little bit and give GOG more leverage in their negotiations.

Once you have bought everything from the catalogue, start buying gift codes.

Johnathanamz: What can I do to make AAA video game publishing companies want my money on gog.com?

I have over $25,000 dollars (USD) saved in my bank account and I would love very much to purchase them from gog.com.
You want to know what you can do? Get more money. It's that simple. You don't have enough money or influencing power to convince them. :)
The problem is that DRM free, at present, is perceived as an obscure fetish by AAA game developers. The key to changing that is to appear and in fact be less fanatic about buying habits and argumentation. Yeah. I know. Sounds paradoxical. It’s true though.

1) DON’T buy on gog.com exclusively.

What do we have if all this goes all too well and the DRM free revolution comes to pass? The revolution will eat its children, that’s what happens. The market doesn’t get healthy if you build up the GOG dwarf as the sole threat to the evil steamy giant. The market gets healthy when you buy from many sources. The market doesn’t get healthy if GOG is THE DRM free platform. The market gets healthy if there are many, and if DRM free isn’t such a massive USP any more, but the norm.

2) Make your wishes known to developers

Join official forums and calmly and reasonably ask for a DRM free release, always keeping in mind that you can neither blackmail nor boycott a successful developer into anything at all. Put it in your signature or tagline if you wish, be blunt but never aggressive. You have a request, and this request is a tall order particularly for traditional, especially Japanese companies. If these companies think of the DRM free crowd as even more especially whiny customers that they don’t really need, we can forget about the whole DRM free thing because frankly, the industry develops into the exact opposite direction as we speak, with horrifying breaches of privacy becoming the norm particularly in the mobile market.

3) Make your appreciation known to developers

So there’s AAA games coming to GOG, and what do I see in release threads? Moaning, moaning, moaning. There are a few instances of “instabought”, of course, but even avid fans seem to express their appreciation with the sole word “wishlisted”, which means nothing at all. I mean, come on. Developers do read those threads. And if it’s 70 - 80% negativity about details, company history or individuals working at the company, why even bother releasing other games on GOG, seriously. It’s certainly not the added revenue because that’s mostly negligible on this platform.

4) Address, report and argue against xenophobia on the GOG forum

Yeah, sorry. It’s the culture wars, people don’t know where they stand, the middle is drawn somewhere to the extreme right and the hate abandoned seventy years ago seems to be entirely valid today. According to them, xenophobes just “have a valid opinion” that you “should ignore”. According to them, you are the one escalating things when you don’t leave xenophobia unaddressed. And where has that led us. To a situation in which refugees are consistently addressed as “subhumans” by some forum members. In which JonTron’s clear cut eugenics are defended as a somehow reasonable stance. To name just two of two hundred consistent problems. And this is relevant to your question because no AAA developer who gives a shit about his reputation would publish on GOG because of its forum.
I meet most execs from various developers and publishers over a cup of coffee last night, and we discussed just this issue. I remember Morhaime saying "I have people just itching to redo Overwatch, but we are just not sure how much money Jonathan really has" to which Zelnick responded "Aye, we would make Mafia license free in an instance if we just had some confirmation about how much he saved up". So to answer your question, what you need to do is to confirm the status of your bank account. You can do this by giving my all your bank details, as well as telling me your mothers maiden name, the name of your first pet and the street you grew up in. We need this information to be able to.... validate?... yes, validate your claim and then all those games will be released on gOg the day after tomorrow.

That's what I've been doing since 2012.

The last video game I purchased from Steam was Counter-Strike: Global Offensive in September of 2012 that's it.

I've been purchasing video games exclusively from gog.com since 2012.

The last time I even talked on the Steam forums was also in 2012 I made a Steam forums account in 2012 and have been using Steam since November of 2004.
