Thinking of most games I've played I can see myself wanting to try it out again sometime in the future. But a few I don't intend to touch ever again. Not that they were bad necessarily. Just a kind of a 'Yea, I'm done with it' feeling

For me:

Base campaign of HoMM3
- It's just too easy. HoMM3 legendary difficulty it seems is restricted to the expansions. When I first started with HoMM3 I accidentally started taking on 'Shadow of Death's levels thinking it was the first campaign (it's the final expansion's campaign). Realizing my mistake after a crazy struggle to beat the Gem and Grag Hack scenarios I abandoned Shadow of Death and started with the base game's campaign. Only after Shadow of Death it was way too easy and it felt like a slog completing the levels. Still I'm glad I got through it, but I'm definitely not going to play it again.

Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale
- Perhaps if they were shorter. I feel exhausted just thinking of those two playthroughs :P Planescape weirdly, not so much. I could totally play that again some day.

Stalker Clear Sky
- Actually scratch that. I'm not glad that I finished it. The re-used locations of the first game that make up most of the game and the lengthy call-of-duty-esque bit towards the end did a good job of annoying me. The faction wars were cool, but not enough to redeem the game.
The first that comes to mind is The Bureau: XCOM declassified. The narrative is fun (at least for someone who likes the franchise, maybe others would disagree), but I found myself wishing the game would end soon.
Two Worlds.
Need I say more?
Assasin's Creed.

After the first two hours of "Wow, I can climb everything!" everything is just rinse and repeat.
And don't get me started on the absolutely ridiculous story...
Hmmm i would have to go with Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link.
I doubt it needs an introduction buuuut i ll leave a hint.

Death -bloody- Mountain.

Never again.

Two recent examples:

Life is Strange - A great game, but I think it won't work again on a second playthrough.

GTA V - I really liked that game and recently installed it to play it again. Nope. No chance. All I thought while playing it was "Gnaaaahhh, so much shit to do before the game becomes interesting". I just couldn't get into it and I think I never will again.
Lionheart:Legacy of the Crusader - Like many people, I really enjoyed the first half and slogged through the second half just to see the ending. Probably won't ever play it again.

Nox - great game and I really enjoyed it. But I doubt if I'll play it again, as I found the final battle really tedious and not a lot of fun, and I'm not a big enough fan of diablo-type ARPGs to play it a second time (especially given I have plenty of others in the backlog to play).

Dragon Age 2 - I forced myself to finish it, since I loved the first game and wanted to know where the story was going. But I really didn't enjoy the gameplay at all. So, likely never again.

FTL (Faster Than Light) - I really liked this game right up until the end where the final boss cheats. That put me off this one permanently.
most games?

amok: most games?
lol - I guess that's true of many people. I tend to replay many games at some point that I like though.
Recent examples: Bioshock 1 & 2 (including Minerva's Den). As immersive sims both should have been perfect for me but instead I slogged through some of the levels just to see how the story ends.
KOTOR. Actually, I take that back. I'm not glad I finished it, and I wish I could have my time back..
Honestly... most games.

There are very few (other than 4x games which you don't really finish or roguelikes with a lot of replayability anyway) games that I finish and ever consider playing again...

That's not to say there aren't some games I would play again, there are, just that with so many other games to play the time to replay old games isn't often available.

Take Divinity: Original Sin for example. I really loved the game, despite some annoyances with it, and while I've made plans in my head for what my party would be if I did play it again.. I can't see myself doing so and devoting the time to it all over again.

Now the original Xenoblade Chronicles, I've actually got it in mind to do a replay of that once I finish XC 2, but it's one of the few games that I really really want to replay.
Costume Quest - It was a fun little game and I enjoyed the playthrough, but the game was quite repetitive. I see absolutely no replay value.

Creeper World - Interesting concept, but it's pretty much the same thing over and over again. Fun enough to want to try out all the different maps, but I don't feel a need to re-visit it.

Evoland - Bought this for half the cost of a coffee... it was worth the hour or two to go though, but certainly not woth going through it twice.

The Promised Land - This little game was in the right place at the right time. I had a lot more fun with it than I had any right to, but when I put it down it was instantly uninstalled.

So mostly short repetitive games I guess.

HappyUnicorn: Assasin's Creed.

That took me two minutes to figure out. :P
I tried to approach this more as a question of

"Games that you are glad you finished, but are not going to replay ever again?"

rather than mere

"Games I hated but still finished for god knows why."

Baldur's Gate: it was boring, but I am glad I finished it so that I could continue with the same character to Baldur's Gate 2.

Fallout Tactics: In my opinion the difficulty level was broken, but I am glad so that I can continue to newer Fallout games like Fallout 3, New Vegas...

Descent Freespace 1-2: Again I feel the difficulty levels were broken, but I am glad I finished them so that I can at least tell I know those two classic space combat sims. Just thinking how many years I owned the retail versions, without playing them...

The Elder Scrolls: Arena: A bit boring but just so that I could continue with newer TES games. Too bad I will probably never finish Daggerfall, it is just too broken, and I don't even mean the bugs, but the gameplay (combat, dungeons, automap...).
