A book on another kind of money ("Een ander soort geld") by STRO (Social TRade Organisation). Money without rent, that doesn't feed exponential growth, taxes the environment and increases the gap between (ultra)rich and poor.

As for fiction, I'm reading "Wylding Hall" by Elizabeth Hand that I bought in The Women of SF and Fantasy Bundle on Humble Bundle.
